Ethics and Compliance Specialist

This position reports into HealthCare Compliance Officer, Consumer Health & Vision and is based at Yongsan, Seoul. (12 개월 계약직 포지션)

What You Will Do
Key Responsibilities

(1) Perform initial review for completeness of pre-approval compliance requirements which are raised either manually or via automated system.

(2) Perform periodic review for transparency report providing from Business

(3) Create training materials on approval, transparency reporting, monitoring, etc.

(4) Support streamlining daily work relating E&C matters with global functions

(5) Support due diligence on third party intermediaries (TPI) in terms of communication, review of documentation to support of understanding

(6) Perform the following administrative tasks:

• Keep and maintain documents of the Compliance Team

• Schedule meetings as instructed by the Compliance Officer

• Arrange logistics for any training or workshop to be conducted by the Compliance Officer

• Provide administrative assistance during audit or testing

• Assist in preparing communication materials that will be used during compliance trainings or workshops

(7) Update status of quarterly reports as instructed by the Compliance Officer

(8) Perform ad hoc function that may be assigned by the Compliance Officer.

What We Are Looking For
Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 0-2 years of work experience
• Korean and Japanese (Writing/Speaking) proficiency is required
• Requires strong communication, organizational and analytical skills
• Background may include Compliance, Finance, Auditing, Sales and Marketing, Medical Affairs, Legal
• Independent and objective thinker, able to advance ideas and influence others
• Strong drive for results and solution orientated
• Average fluency in English
• High level of integrity with good ethical core values
• Good interpersonal skills
