Service Engineer in Power and Water Solutions

We are looking for Finance Manager with strong eyes for detail to provide comprehensive financial mentorship to the organization and management to achieve business goals. You will be driving business efficiency and success by ensuring adequate Internal Controls are in place to maintain accuracy of financial reporting while safeguarding company’s assets and reputation. This position will be responsible for accurate financial reporting and robust & proactive controls and compliance environment is in place including internal & external audit, tax, credit and treasury governance.
Job Summary
You will have field service engineer role when assign to specific taskforce. You will implement and manage assigned after sales services to customers, including diagnosis, upgrades, scale up, start up & commissioning, installation, maintenance, repairing and training. You will learn role working under close supervision.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Provide site service to installed based customers.
- Provide Lifecycle Service to Local customers.
- Perform MRO & Warranty Service to customers.
- Implement Upgrade/Migration Ovation system.
- Provide 24-hour standby service to Korea contract customers.
- Support installed based service infrastructure building in Korea.
- Disseminate safety notices and important KBA to local service organization.
- Provide repair quotation support to local Reps/Sub.
- Work with customer to achieve 100% registration for Ovation system.
- Handle product recall/replacement.
- Reports progress and technical problems to Service Manager.
- Co-work closely with project teams.
- Pro-actively identify potential quality and efficiency improvements within assigned work.

For This Role, You Will Need:
- Degree or equivalent experience in Electrical Engineering
- Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly MS excel.
- Over 0-3 years’ service experience in technical/industrial environment.
- Excellent collaboration skills with a wide variety of people.
- Ability to handle urgent and sensitive situations and working under pressure.
- Knowledge about computer networking (e.g., TCP/IP, Serial, Modbus), and operating software (Windows).
- Traveling is s part of the job as required.
