Position Overview

As a Customer Services Agent (CSA) based in our Gimhae Traffic Office, you will play a key role in both flight operations and station administration. Working closely with senior staff, you will ensure smooth ground handling of Singapore Airlines flights and uphold our reputation for outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities

•     Daily Flight Operations & Station Administration

– Ensure compliance with Company policies, airport regulations, and the civil-aviation authorities of Singapore and Korea

– Deliver exceptional ground-service standards in line with Airport Operations guidelines

– Take ownership of specific flight-support duties and resolve issues proactively

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Provide timely, accurate and relevant accounting insight, report and screening

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduates or prospective graduates (expected to graduate by February 2026)
• Individuals who have completed or are exempt from mandatory military service, and have no restrictions on overseas travel
• TOEIC score of 700 or above, TOEIC Speaking Level IM3 or higher, or OPIc Level IM3 or higher (only scores from domestic tests taken on or after June 1, 2023)
• Fluent English Speaking & Writing skill
• MS office skill

• TOEIC 700점 이상 또는 TOEIC Speaking Level IM3 또는 OPIc Level IM3 이상 취득한 자(2023년 6월 1일 이후 응시한 국내 시험에 한함)
